Experienced Forest School Leader and Trainer Douglas Saucedo Anez will show different techniques using knives for different purposes. Carving green wood, whittling and practical ways to maintain your favourite knives sharp and in a safe shape will be shown alongside knife's current regulations. 
Participants will also be shown how to teach knives skills progressively in a safe environment under current UK regualtions.
Participants are welcome to bring their own tools for sharpening and maintenance.
